Returnable Items – What’s Allowed?

At Imperial Collection, we allow most of our sold items to be returned to us within one month’s flexibility. The rules for items to be returned are as follows:

Items should be in their original packing
You must attach a copy of the bill or online receipt along with the parcel to return
Items should be unused and undamaged
For customized products/items, we don’t claim them in the return policy.

Easy & Simple Return Initiation

Within 30 days of product purchase, you can contact our customer support officials via email, phone call, or in person (at the shop) to initiate a product return/refund request. Our officials verify the product & assign a return shipping number alongside details about shipping the product back to us. The returned item/product is evaluated on the conditions specified above and then a return authorization number is issued to the customer that indicates your return request has been approved for further processing.
